ViasDFK is active in the fields of company auditing, accountancy, corporate law, tax law and management consultancy. To meet the overall demand of integrated solutions, our company adopted an inter-disciplinary approach with a primordial attention for our clients’ expectations.

Herman Van Impe founded the firm in 1979 in Haaltert, near Aalst. 30 years later ViasDFK is managed by 5 partners: Herman Van Impe, Joris Mertens, Danny Van Schandevijl, Patrick Van Bourgognie and Diego Pazienza.  

At the beginning of 2004, the firm moved to the centre of Aalst, in the former building of the National Bank of Belgium.

Since 2006 the firm has an additional office located in Brussels. From that point on, the main office was moved to Hoekstraat 2, 1000 Brussels. The building is situated at the corner of the Boudewijnlaan and the Hoekstraat.

Meanwhile ViasDFK has become a medium-sized audit, accountancy, tax and management consultancy firm. Our client portfolio consists of trading ventures, non-profit and social-profit companies with national and/or international dimensions. Almost 50 enthusiastic employees are at your service to ensure your well-being.
