You can hold the perfect work party and use “BOB” to raise participants’ awareness in a fun way. Along with the Brasseurs Belges and Assuralia, the Vias Institute, holder of the “BOB” trademark, is the brains behind these successful campaigns. In total, the BOB campaign is active in no fewer than 17 European Member States, a pretty impressive indicator of our BOB’s renown.

Driving while under the influence is a contributory factor in one in four road accidents within the European Union. In Belgium alone, drunk drivers kill 200 people each year. Alcohol is a major factor in car accidents, as it adversely affects the driver’s cognitive and motor skills. A blood alcohol level as low as 0.5 makes the risk of a fatal accident two and a half times more likely.

Alcovision course: after donning the special “alcovision” glasses reproducing the effects of alcohol on our field of vision, the visitors then attempt to slalom between cones;

ElectroBOB: while wearing “alcovision” glasses simulating the effects of alcohol, the participant has to follow the contours of the BOB logo without touching the lightly electrified cable;

Breath analysis: those present are invited to blow into an approved breath analysis machine.

You understand clearly that drinking and driving are incompatible and are fully aware of the possible consequences.
